Arms & Shoulders
Targets: Anterior Deltoids, Shoulder Mobility

1 "Arms sideward—ONE!" Snap arms out to the sides at shoulder height. Keep elbows locked, fingers together, and palms facing down.
2 "Touch shoulders—TWO!" Fold the arms inward from the sides. Touch the tips of the shoulders with your thumbs. Keep elbows high (level with shoulders).
3 "Arms sideward—THREE!" Snap the arms back out to the side-horizontal position. Ensure they remain at shoulder height with palms facing down.
4 "Position of attention—FOUR!" Drop the arms instantly to the sides. Hands should slap the thighs in unison to signal the end of the movement.
